Business Development Reps are the outbound counterpart to SDRs. While SDRs often work inbound leads, BDRs go hunting — building target lists, writing sequences, and starting cold conversations with people who've never heard of the company. Classic entry point into tech sales.

60–100 outbound touches a day — calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs. Researching accounts in the morning, dialing in the afternoon, and updating the CRM at the end.
