Partner managers grow revenue through other companies โ resellers, system integrators, agencies, app marketplaces. They recruit partners, train them on the product, co-sell into deals, and manage the (sometimes awkward) economics of sharing the wallet.
QBR with a top partner, recruiting a new SI, a co-selling call with a partner rep on a joint deal, and reviewing the partner-sourced pipeline.
You're diplomatic, you like building win-win deals, and you don't mind that the path is indirect.
